Our primary focus is on creating safe, smart, tech-enabled, and eco-friendly homes constructed with sustainable materials that minimize waste and benefit the community. We plan to shift towards a construction process that is fireproof and stormproof, moving away from SIP panels, likely incorporating various metal paneling with fireproof insulation. Ideally, we envision a preassembled, plug-and-play system that is simple to assemble and install. We aim to eventually incorporate AI-driven, 3D printing, drone assistance, and advanced robotics involvement to create a near-fully automated home construction process, thereby reducing costs and enhancing delivery speed.
