Our innovative and distinctive service will involve us investing our own financial resources into various aspects of the home, including renovations, staging, and comprehensive marketing efforts, all aimed at significantly boosting the property's overall value. Once the home is successfully sold, we will share the profits with the homeowners, creating a mutually beneficial arrangement that works in favor of both parties. We plan to shift towards a construction process that is fireproof and stormproof, moving away from SIP panels, likely incorporating various metal paneling with fireproof insulation. Ideally, we envision a preassembled, plug-and-play system that is simple to assemble and install. We aim to eventually incorporate AI-driven, 3D printing, drone assistance, and advanced robotics involvement to create a near-fully automated home construction process, thereby reducing costs and enhancing delivery speed.
